Stage 5-5
- Not to be confused with World 5-5.
Template:Levelbox Stage 5-5 is the fifth level in the Desert in the Game Boy version of Donkey Kong. This level requires the player being fast.
Layout
Mario starts next to the Door. Mario must climb up the Ladder where at the top he will encounter Bowbows again, he can avoid them or throw one at each other to defeat them. Mario must continue left where he can get a Hammer to defeat the Bowbows if he wanted to with the Hammer or there's one left, he must down and land on the platform above the moving platform then land on the moving one. Mario must grab the Key then hop on a Spring to get up to the moving platform then must throw the key onto the Conveyor Belt to get it to to the door, Mario unfortunately can't go the same way to save time as there are Spikes which will defeat him so he must go around and he must be extremely fast to get to the key before it disappears. Once Mario has got to the key in time he must simply walk over to the door to end the level.

Within this stage, Pauline's lost items can be found in the following order and in the following places:
- Hat: On the right side of the Conveyor Belt.
- Parasol: On the left side of the Conveyor Belt.
- Bag: To the left of the Spring on some lower ground.
