The Big Kamēn is a large variant of Phantos that appears in BS Super Mario USA. It appears exclusively in the second and fourth episodes, where it is summoned by Tryclyde at the 15th minute mark and Birdo at the 7th minute mark, respectively. Similarly to its normal counterparts, it follows the player by floating around the screen. However, it does not follow them through other screens and rooms, and it disappears after one minute.
