In Mario Party 7, it is used again for the same purpose, but opponents lose only three coins per space, similar to landing on Red Spaces numerous times. In both games, if a player passes by another Zap Orb while one is already in effect, the Zap Orbs will stack up. It also appears in the Mario bros series as an enemy which electricutes you. They often appear in Bowser tower and castles.
