End-of-the-Year Awards

It's that time of the year again, the time of celebration! Here, we honor the writers, staff, and contributors who have done their part to enhance The 'Shroom. We want to credit people who not only helped The 'Shroom throughout the year, but also have been dedicated to help shape this community project into what it is. As usual, all of the awards are split into Diamond and Golden awards; Diamond awards are for exceptional performance in each category, while Golden awards are for those who didn't quite reach the top of the mountain but did a very good job getting close. This year we will have six categories to go through. Without any delay, here's the 2025 End-of-the-Year 'Shroom Awards. Thank you all for your support throughout this year, and thanks to our audience for reading.

• Diamond and Golden Mario Award – Given to those who have written a single section for The 'Shroom for a prolonged period of time, displaying consistent devotion to The 'Shroom.
• Diamond and Golden Bowser Award – Given to those who consistently submit their sections on time, displaying responsibility and good time management.
• Diamond and Golden Peach Award – Given to those who consistently produce sections of excellent quality as decided by the general public (Section of the Month), displaying a dedication to the subject matter of their respective sections and a desire to bring the best out of them.
• Diamond and Golden Yoshi Award – Given to those that have contributed many sections to the paper, displaying a willingness to test one's capabilities and spread their influence across The 'Shroom.
• Diamond and Golden Toad Award – Given to those that put a lot of effort to enhance The 'Shroom in specific ways, honoring those who may have helped a lot behind-the-scenes, contributed guest submissions, or participated in a 'Shroom event beyond expectations.
• Diamond and Golden 'Shroom Award – Given to the individuals that produced the best sections in 2025, as decided on by the Core Staff.

Given to those who have been writing a single section for The 'Shroom for a long time in 2025.

Lakituthequick (talk)	Provided significant technical support for the year's special issues, including the backbone of the Spooky Scavenger Hunt, as well as helping to get the holiday Constellations up and running.
Ninja Squid (talk)	Contributed a large portion of graphical work including a revamped 'Shroom banner, side ribbons, background assets for special issues, and much more. He also hosted the Fantasy vs. Sci-Fi 'Shroomfest during the spring doing a lot to keep people engaged, as well have it run smoothly.
TPG (talk)	Put together several art assets for The 'Shroom, including several elements of both major special issues. He also helped GBA massively with the holiday Constellations to efficiently create them.
