Gameplay[edit]
Dr. Mario will regularly cycle between three capsules, and the player must throw with the correct capsule in hand to eliminate all viruses within the playfield. If any viruses remain after the capsule lands, the game ends in a loss.
- Level 1: One type of virus is aligned horizontally. The capsules only have one color each.
- Level 2: Two types of viruses are aligned either horizontally or vertically. The capsules have two colors each.
- Level 3: Two types of viruses are staggered vertically, and the capsule must cause a chain reaction.
