Metroid is one of 9-Volt's microgames in WarioWare: D.I.Y. It is set in the GBA game Metroid: Zero Mission.
Gameplay[edit]
The player must help Samus Aran go across the stage. When she is tapped, she curls into her Morph Ball and continues moving. If she is tapped again, she pops back up. Towards the middle of the stage, a Skree must be rolled under, or Samus is damaged. After that, she must pop back up to grab a Missile Tank on the other side and win the game. If the player cannot avoid the Skree or fails to grab the Missile Tank, the game ends in a loss.

Notes[edit]
- In the Japanese version of the microgame, Samus' visor and part of her arm cannon feature an otherwise-unused sixteenth color. In the Super MakerMatic 21's graphics editor, the color appears turquoise, while in the assembly editor and in gameplay, the color appears golden-brown. All instances of these colors were replaced with light blue in other language versions of the microgame.
