Perspective Mode is an extra mode in Mario Party 9. It is playable with only one human, and there are ten minigames to clear. Unlike in Free Play mode, each minigame gives the player two Party Points.

Format[edit]

The player starts with only one minigame unlocked. Minigames are played with the camera right behind the character the player is controlling. Whenever the player clears a minigame (by getting first place), they are given a new one, as well as two Party Points. After clearing all ten, the player is given a bonus of 100 Party Points. The computers are selected randomly.
