Mario Party: The Top 100:

Magma Mayhem is a Free-for-All minigame featured in Mario Party 9 and Mario Party: The Top 100. Its setting is similar to that of World 8-3 from New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

Gameplay[edit]

The players must knock the other players off the swaying platform into the magma before the time runs out. As players move, the platform tilts. If too many players are in one spot, the platform can tip on their side, making them possibly fall off. Players can attack each other by jumping, punching, and kicking. A player who falls off the platform is eliminated. The last player remaining wins. If the game goes for 60 seconds with at least two players surviving, all remaining players tie for first place.

In Perspective Mode, the camera is zoomed in on the player, making it harder to win as the player cannot tell how the platform will tilt.
