In the Cards is one of Ashley & Red's microgames in WarioWare: Smooth Moves. The microgame name "In the cards" refers to something that is likely to happen.
Gameplay[edit]
There will some playing cards with a picture on them. The player has to memorize them, and then they will be face down. They will then move around the table and the player has to pick up the card indicated later onscreen. The cards will be moving around, and when it comes to the player's hand that's when it should be picked up. If the wrong card is chosen, a tan creature whose face resembles that of a bird appears behind the right card in embarrassment, and the game is lost. The pictures on the card can be a square, a ring, a cross, a star, and a music note, all of which can be blue, red, green, yellow, or cyan.
- 1st level difficulty: There are three cards. If the microgame is won, a person appears playing cymbals and a round creature appears playing the xylophone.
- 2nd level difficulty: Same as Level 1, but there is one shuffle. If the microgame is won, two magicians appear behind the chosen card.
- 3rd level difficulty: There are four cards, and there are two shuffles. If the microgame is won, two magicians appear behind the chosen card and four magicians appear on the sides of the screen.
