At Last, Bowser's Castle! is the final level in Yoshi's Island DS world 5-8, and takes place in Bowser's Castle.
Yoshi and all the other babies went through this castle to save the babies and Baby Luigi. First the player got on a rocket and went through space to get further into the castle. Then there were five paths – The player had to take one of the paths. However the current baby he had on, decided which path the player took.
After taking a path, and passing it, the player got to the top where Bowser was, however Bowser was not there. Baby Bowser wanted the treasure in the castle, however he thought that the player was going to get the treasure, so the player fought Baby Bowser.
After defeating him, the future Bowser got angry with Yoshi, so Bowser and Yoshi fought. After Yoshi defeated Bowser, Kamek turned Bowser into Giant Bowser. A Green Yoshi, Pink Yoshi, Yellow Yoshi and Purple Yoshi and all the babies except Baby Bowser fought Giant Bowser. They each were given a big egg. To defeat Bowser, all four eggs were thrown at Bowser at once. The only supply of big eggs the player had were on a balloon. The player had to throw four eggs at once to defeat bowser.
