|align=left|Starting with 35 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (33) and collect all purple coins (21).

In this stage, viruses and purple coins (caged and uncaged) are found within barriers. Two of the rows have barriers in most of them, and each of those rows have a shell.

[[Caged coin|Purple coins]] are unlocked in the following sequence:
# The 15 coins within rows #3 to #8.
# The 6 coins in the topmost row.

The capsule amount is increased from 39 to 41 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

Prior to March 18, 2021, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
* This stage is no longer labeled as "Hard".
* Capsule amount is reduced from 39 to 35.
* The state of all barriers are changed so that they are all inactive when the stage starts.
* The leftmost of both rows #2 and #9 are changed from a virus and a barrier respectively to shells.
* The caged coins in columns #2 and #8 except for those in the topmost row are changed to be uncaged, rendering the unlocking sequence with one less step.

Starting with 35 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (33) and collect all purple coins (21).

In this stage, viruses and purple coins (caged and uncaged) are found within barriers. Two of the rows have barriers in most of them, and each of those rows have a shell.

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

  1. The 15 coins within rows #3 to #8.
  2. The 6 coins in the topmost row.

The capsule amount is increased from 39 to 41 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

Prior to March 18, 2021, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • This stage is no longer labeled as "Hard".
  • Capsule amount is reduced from 39 to 35.
  • The state of all barriers are changed so that they are all inactive when the stage starts.
  • The leftmost of both rows #2 and #9 are changed from a virus and a barrier respectively to shells.
  • The caged coins in columns #2 and #8 except for those in the topmost row are changed to be uncaged, rendering the unlocking sequence with one less step.

Starting with 40 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all green viruses (15), collect all coins from Coin Blocks (36) and break all colorful crates (29).

The Brick Blocks in the bottom three rows contain coins, and green viruses locked behind cages are found in the top three rows, each column being separated by green colorful crates. The lock block is found in the fourth column. In between the rows of green objects and the rows of Brick Blocks are colorful crates of assorted colors, where one of those rows have a shell.

Prior to March 18, 2021, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • The first colorful crate in row #4 is replaced with a shell.

Starting with 40 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (18), collect all purple coins (16) and collect all Keys (3).

This stage contains three keys at the bottom-most row and doors at the topmost row. Between them are like-colored half-frozen viruses arranged in rows, crates, purple coins (caged and uncaged) and colorful crates. The middle column and the row above the green viruses contain crates.

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

  1. The 2 coins in between the keys and doors in row #7.
  2. The 2 coins in between the keys and doors in row #4.
  3. The 6 other coins in row #4.
  4. The 6 other coins in row #7.

Prior to March 18, 2021, the stage layout was used for stage 365. The following changes were made previously on this stage prior to version 2.1.0:

  • The crates in row #8 that requires four hits to break are changed so that they require three hits to break.

When this stage was reassigned on March 18, 2021, the following changes are made:

  • All viruses are changed to become half-frozen.

Starting with 45 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (25) and break all barriers (35).

In this stage, lines with six active barriers and a virus and lines with crates and three Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses alternate starting from the bottom-most line, with the second-last line containing five active barriers and two viruses, and finally ending with a row of Empty Blocks.

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 7 lines are introduced.

Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and Dr. Dry Bowser.
