This update provides the following bug fixes:
- Players become unable to proceed after clearing a stage.
- In versus mode, an invisible wall appears in a completely empty area.

This update fixes the following issues:
- When letting go of a capsule, it sometimes slips out of place.
- When starting the game, sometimes save data cannot be loaded properly, and player temporarily cannot continue their game.
Version 1.1.0[edit]

- Increased the number of times you can continue in stage mode to two.
- It is now possible to accept a reward for linking your Nintendo Account and social media accounts.
- Doctor's Orders difficulty and wait times have been reduced.
- It is now possible to view the details for characters you do not have.
- It is now possible to see your opponent's character information in versus mode.

- Specific changes
- The character screen will offer more detailed information on how doctors perform in versus mode
- You will be able to check details for characters you have yet to obtain
- You will be able to check details for your opponent’s characters in versus mode
- The number of times you can continue after running out of capsules in stage mode will be increased to two
- The level-up animation for characters will change
- You will be able to claim rewards after linking your Nintendo Account or social media accounts
- The difficulty level for some doctor’s orders will be reduced. The wait time for doctor’s orders will also be reduced:
- When orders are removed: 8 hours become 1 hour
- When orders are completed: 20 hours become 6 hours
- A Season system will be implemented for versus mode. Along with this change, battle points will be capped at 2000 when the season changes. However, when a new season begins, you will receive a bonus if you have earned more than 2000 points in the prior season
- In “Find all the hidden coins!” stages, you will be able to acquire coins even if capsules cover them
- You will be able to earn three clear stars when you complete a special stages
- A red notification badge will appear on the Staffing icon when you have saved enough coins to add staff.

- New results music is added when winning a match in versus mode, while the old results music prior to this version is used when losing a match.

- Implemented doc tokens, which can be used in doc staffing. Collect 100 of them, and you can access the doc staffing option, where only doctors appear.
- Adjusted stage difficulty and the number of times items can be used.
- More Rewards for Challenge Stages: clear rewards have been added for Challenge Stages A and B in each world, and the rewards for Stage C have been increased.
- Log-in Bonuses: a Log-in Bonus feature has been added.
- Character Skill Adjustments: some assistant skills have been adjusted in versus mode.
- We have adjusted the special bonus that is sometimes granted when a player fails the same stage multiple times in a row.
- The restriction preventing players from using an item multiple times during stage mode has been removed.
- The effect for the Time Boost item has been changed from “Adds 10 seconds to the clock!” to “Adds 15 seconds to the clock!”
- In versus mode, players can now use diamonds to reduce the wait time for battle boxes.
- The number of characters appearing in Staffing has changed:
- Doctors: 20
- Assistants: 40
- The timing for when the number of coins you can obtain as a victory rewards in versus mode resets will be changed.

- The music used for the Daily Booster mode is rearranged, while the music prior to this version is used exclusively for that mode's results screen.

- Added new handy items: Capsule Swapper and Rainbow Start.
- Note: Alongside these additions, removed the Capsule Blaster.
- A Weekly Specialists feature has been added to versus mode.
- Each week, some doctors will be chosen as specialists!
- Balance adjustments made to the Daily Booster and the skills of some doctors.
- Specific changes
- The amount of information you can check on the screen before you start playing in stage mode has been increased.
- Difficulty: This will display on difficult stages.
- Objects: The main objects placed in the stage will be displayed.
- Clear conditions: The conditions for clearing the stage will be displayed.
- Best doctors: Doctors who are advantageous when playing the stage will be displayed.
- In versus mode, your defence against your opponent's attacks will now be displayed.
- Balance adjustments were made for certain doctors so that their stage mode skill meters fill faster.
- Balance adjustments for certain doctors' skills were made.
- We added the following new option for continues in stage mode.
- Use 15 diamonds to add 5 rainbow capsules and resume playing.
- You can now add friends when you finish a match in versus mode.
- Certain other features have been improved.

- On the stage clear screen, the player can tap the skip button to proceed through the animations faster.
- The Daily Booster clear condition now displays an infinity symbol (∞), instead of the number of viruses in the first wave.
- The player can bypass to the staffing menu from the shop and character select menus.

- You can now get Dr. Toad when you clear stage 20. If you have already cleared this stage, the reward will be sent to your doc box.
- We have adjusted the design of some screens, such as the world map menu. You can access the Staffing screen, which was removed from the menu, in other ways such as from the Characters screen.

- The app icon and startup screen have been changed.
- Now supports devices with wider aspect ratios (up to 2.2:1) when displaying the full screen lengthwise. (Android)

- Decreased the number of keys required to open battle boxes.
- Several continue options have been added.
- The following balance adjustments have been made:

- Number of coins earned when winning versus mode

- Five keys are required to open battle boxes, instead of seven keys.
- The continue option in stage mode to use diamonds ×15 has been updated in the following way.
- Before update: Rainbow capsules ×5
- After update: Rainbow capsule ×1 and capsules ×7
- A heart (30 minutes of infinite play) has been added as a reward for clearing an area in stage mode.
- After changing your nickname, you will have to wait a set amount of time before being able to change it again.
- Screen designs and functions were adjusted.
- Unlisted changes
- A loading bar is added in the startup screen.
- When staffing for a new doctor or assistant, the player can tap the skip button to proceed through the animations faster.
- In Skill Summit, the mentor meter appears around the capsule on the bottom of the screen. It also glow when the meter is nearly full.
- The dotted circles are replaced with gray stars (in Stage mode) and unsealed kudos (in Skill Summit).
- The two colors of viruses in Daily Booster are randomized between red, blue and yellow instead of always being red and blue.

- The amount of days before the skill summit expires is shown on the menu if there are less than three days before the current one ends.

- Maximum Heart Limit Raised! The maximum number of hearts that can be recovered automatically has been raised from five to ten.
- Get Hearts from Cleared Stages! You can now recover one heart by clearing stages that you have already cleared.
- Receive the Reward in Your Doc Box! The infinite-play hearts that you get from events and Skill Summits will now be delivered to your doc box.
- Balance Adjustments
- Character Balance Adjustments. Balance adjustments have been made to certain character skills.
- Versus Mode Balance Adjustment. The rate at which skill chargers appear in the play area for the Rainbow Tier has been decreased.
- Other Updates
- Screen design adjustments have been made.
