Catch and Release is one of Orbulon's microgames in WarioWare: Move It! The name is based on a term meaning to throw fish back into the water after catching it.

The player controls a giant who has people under his armpits and has to drop them.

  • Level 1: The player must drop a boy and a girl onto the snow covered ground.
  • Level 2: The player must drop either a boy or a girl onto a raft to save them from drowning in water.
  • Level 3: The player must drop a boy and a girl onto a single raft or drop both people on two smaller rafts to save them from drowning in poison.
