Player's Choice: Power-Up Party is an official course in Course World in Super Mario Maker 2. It is the tenth level of Ninji Speedruns, running from August 4, 2020 to August 11, 2020. It is set in the forest theme and the Super Mario 3D World game style.

Layout[edit]

The Super Mario Galaxy theme begins and plays throughout the duration of the course.

Mario starts off in close proximity of several items, all four them right in front of him. These items consist of a Super Bell, a Boomerang Flower, a Super Hammer, and a Fire Flower, respectively. The player may have Mario collect any item to their immediate advantage, although all of them are necessary for completing the level. Mario may simply jump to collect the Super Bell, Boomerang Flower, or Super Hammer, while he may simply drop onto a Dash Block to grab the Fire Flower and bounce off a blue Mushroom Trampoline into a Warp Pipe taking him to the next area.

This section starts off with three big Spiny Skipsqueaks, with Mario being provided a Fire Flower to promptly defeat them. Alternatively, if the player selected any one of the other items provided, they may have Mario take a blue Track Block and break through Crystal Blocks to progress. Next, Mario must defeat a sleeping Piranha Creeper while a Heavy Fire Bro on a Conveyor Belt below him tosses fireballs at him through a Clear Pipe. Following a Piranha Creeper on a Track Block below a 10-Coin, Mario may take one of two paths. The above path requires him to redirect a Banzai Bill launched toward the foreground to destroy numerous Hard Blocks in the way, or get past the Big Bully down below with a POW Block available. Up next, Mario must defeat a number of Skipsqueaks and Pokeys, with the Boomerang Flower recommended.

Mario is then required to pass through a Clear Pipe with the help of ON/OFF Switches. Mario must then make it past a few larger enemies, including a Big Boo, a Big Thwomp, and a Mega Bob-omb, preferably as Builder Mario, as he is required to break some Hard Blocks at the very end this way. Finally, Mario must simply enter the pipe to return to the main area, where he must Ground Pound through a few Crystal Blocks, as a Dash Block then launches him across several Track Blocks toward a Mushroom Trampoline, and at last, the Goal Pole.
