Good Lakitu, Bad Lakitu is the seventy-fifth course in the Story Mode of Super Mario Maker 2. It is set in the desert theme and in the Super Mario Bros. 3 style. It is posted by A Certain Mage, and has a difficulty rating of 3/4 stars.

Layout[edit]

The level begins with two Lakitus throwing POW Blocks to allow Mario to take out some Spike Tops. Another Lakitu appears to throw parachuting Spinies just as Munchers begin appearing on the bottom area. Afterwards, Mario will encounter a ? Block containing a Super Star just before the Checkpoint Flag, and some Piranha Plants guarding a 10-Coin accessible only by a Lakitu's Cloud. After passing two Hammer Bros, Mario must use some Bob-ombs thrown by another Lakitu to make it to the upper area and thus reach the goal.

"Kehehehe! I've made a desert guarded by Lakitus! It would take a miracle for anyone to make it to the end! But I'm the sporting type, so hear this—anyone who manages to make it to the end will receive a healthy reward!"
