Shoes in the Clouds is the seventy-second course in the Story Mode of Super Mario Maker 2. It is set in the sky theme and in the Super Mario Bros. 3 style. It is posted by Ruler of the Skies, and has a difficulty rating of 2/4 stars.

Layout

The level begins with a Warp Pipe spawning Shoe Goombas and a Warp Pipe that Mario must enter. After using a Goomba's Shoe to ride some winged Munchers and head to a ledge at the top, Mario must pass some big winged Munchers and ride a Big Thwomp back down. After using a winged Thwomp to advance upwards to some Cloud Blocks, Mario must have another winged Thwomp destroy some Cloud Blocks to enter a Warp Pipe leading to the Checkpoint Flag. After taking out some Piranha Plants with the Goomba's Shoe, Mario must use a Fire Flower from a ? Block to take out some Koopa Troopas, followed by some Spinies and a big winged Stiletto Goomba. Mario must then pass two groups of Wigglers and one group of Chain Chomps to reach the goal.

Description

"I want to play through this course, but I don't have time... So can someone play it for me? I heard a rumor that you can walk on top of Munchers if you put on Shoe Goomba's Shoe!"
