They get defeated by hitting them with the cart. Then the player has to get off the cart. In the next area there are Tap-Taps and Shy Guys blocking the cart. In the middle of the track there is a [[key]] which unlocks a [[door]] that leads to a mini game. After getting off the cart the player has to go to a pipe that leads underground. There is a cart to get pass Tap-Taps. The door that leads to the mini game is above. Then the player has to go down. There are two ways to go. If the player goes right there is a cart with a [[Red Coin]]. If the player goes left the is a [[Bandit]] and [[Gusty|Gusties]]. The next area is back outside. That area has a [[Koopa Paratroopa]] and later Tap-Taps. There is a pipe but a [[Wild Ptooie Piranha]] guarding the pipe. The next area has a track with slopes. Then the cart falls. High-Speed Cart Race is a level in Yoshi's Island DS. It's the second level in World 4. The level starts out with a cart that player has to ride on. There are Tap-Taps and Shy Guys on the track. They get defeated by hitting them with the cart. Then the player has to get off the cart. In the next area there are Tap-Taps and Shy Guys blocking the cart. In the middle of the track there is a key which unlocks a door that leads to a mini game. After getting off the cart the player has to go to a pipe that leads underground. There is a cart to get pass Tap-Taps. The door that leads to the mini game is above. Then the player has to go down. There are two ways to go. If the player goes right there is a cart with a Red Coin. If the player goes left the is a Bandit and Gusties. The next area is back outside. That area has a Koopa Paratroopa and later Tap-Taps.
