The Egyptian Koopa[1] is a large, ancient Egyptian-themed Koopa Troopa one of the bosses from Mario Pinball Land. He appears inside the pyramid in Shifting Sands Stage and is capable of floating. He first appears as a statue, turning "real" when Mario reaches his room. He attacks Mario by using magic pillars to make magic spheres appear, which follow Mario and, when they touch him, make him smaller and more likely to fall out of the stage. However, if Mario hits the pillars, he will become bigger. To defeat the Egyptian Koopa, Mario has to run into the pillars to make him extra large and bash him three times while big.
