Skill filler
Skill Filler from Dr. Mario World
First appearance Dr. Mario World (2019)
Effect Fills up the skill meter any time during a playthrough of the stage.

Skill fillers are bonus items in Dr. Mario World. Similar in function to the Skill Up and skill charger items, they fill up the doctor's skill meter when tapped on. The difference between this item and the other skill meter-oriented items is that players can choose to use it in the middle of playing a stage. Players are given a free skill filler by Dr. Toad while subsequent uses of them require 15 diamonds to be used.
