Deep in the Windy Valley is the thirty-first course in the Story Mode of Super Mario Maker 2. It is set in the desert theme and in the Super Mario World style. It is posted by Amateur Meteorologist, and has a difficulty rating of 2/4 stars.

Layout[edit]

The level begins with a few gusts of wind, along with a Warp Pipe shortly afterwards. Mario must then ride some lifts downwards, collecting parachuting coins and power-ups while avoiding Parachute Galoombas, parachuting Spinies, and a parachuting Big Spiny. Eventually, Mario must face a parachuting Boom Boom, which he can defeat to obtain a Key before entering another Warp Pipe. After crossing a Key Door which leads to a 10-Coin, Mario will reach the Giant Gate.

Description[edit]

"Clear skies tonight, but it looks like there'll be strong winds coming in from the west...and the east. Can you withstand the cold and make it to the bottom of the valley?"
