|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, viruses are arranged in five separate columns with Empty Blocks in between, and each column contains one dust virus each. Flasks of different capacity are found, meaning from the beginning of the stage, it will take less unmatched capsules to fill any that started with more capacity. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out Brick Blocks.
|align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, five flasks are in the topmost row, separated by one column between columns. Below the flasks are four rows of crates separated by one row between crates. Floatie Viruses are found in the unoccupied columns below the bottom-most row of crates. Two of the flasks are partially filled. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses or crates that require between one and four hits to destroy.

|align=left|The objective of this stage is to collect all purple coins in the stage and pink coins in Brick Blocks. In this stage, Brick Blocks are shaped in staircase patterns, with viruses between the top and the center patterns, and dust viruses between the center and the bottom patterns. The top two staircase patterns of Brick Blocks contain purple coins (either caged or uncaged) and pink coins: the purple coins are above the pink coins.
|align=left|The objective of this stage is to unlock all doors. In this stage, a row of red Floatie Viruses are found above the keys, and a row of barriers are found below the doors and a single skill charger. Between the rows of Floatie Viruses and barriers are Brick Blocks that contain hidden viruses above the red Floatie Viruses: the third row of blocks contain blue viruses and the first row of blocks contain green Floatie Viruses.

Area 1

Image Stage Overview
Stage 361 from Dr. Mario World Stage 361 This stage introduces barriers, which turn on and off alternatively if a capsule lands without making matches. An inactive barrier can be destroyed, but active barriers cannot be destroyed. The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses.
Stage 362 from Dr. Mario World Stage 362 The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. Bubbles containing viruses and two shells are surrounded by barriers, with two groups being fully surrounded, one group on the side, and two groups at corners.
Stage 363 from Dr. Mario World Stage 363 The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, viruses and purple coins (caged and uncaged) are found within barriers. After the purple coins in the middle are collected, the purple coins arranged in columns are unlocked, followed by the purple coins in the top row.
Stage 364 from Dr. Mario World Stage 364 The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all pink coins in Brick Blocks and destroy all colorful crates. The Brick Blocks in the bottom three rows contain pink coins, and green viruses locked behind Lock Blocks are found in the top three rows, each column being separated by green colorful crates. The lock capsule is found in the fourth column. Between the two sets of three rows are colorful crates of assorted colors.
Stage 365 from Dr. Mario World Stage 365 The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all purple coins and unlock all doors. This stage contains three keys at the bottom-most row and doors at the topmost row. Between them are like-colored viruses arranged in rows, crates, purple coins (caged and uncaged) and colorful crates. The middle column and the row above green viruses contain crates. The caged coins in the higher row between the keys and doors will be unlocked after the initially unlocked purple coins are collected, followed by the rest of the purple coins in the higher rows, and finally the purple coins in the bottom row will be unlocked after the rest of the purple coins are collected.
Stage 366 from Dr. Mario World Stage 366 The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins in Brick Blocks. In this stage, two groups of viruses that form two pieces of a rectangle are found. Viruses covered in dust form the majority of the viruses, with only the bottom portion of each group being visible.
Stage 367 from Dr. Mario World Stage 367 The objective of this stage is to destroy all colorful crates. In this stage, colorful crates are surrounded by viruses, and in the middle of the colorful crates is an exploder.
Stage 368 from Dr. Mario World Stage 368 The objective of this stage is to unlock all doors. In this stage, the keys and doors are found at the leftmost three columns and the rightmost three columns. Active barriers are found at the middle three columns, while inactive barriers are found at the leftmost three columns. Viruses, an exploder and a shell are found in the rightmost three columns.
Stage 369 from Dr. Mario World Stage 369 The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. This stage contains four groups of four viruses each surrounded by colorful crates. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out either colorful crates or exploders.
Stage 370 from Dr. Mario World Stage 370 The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, viruses that are not locked behind Lock Blocks are half-frozen, while shells are lined up with lock capsules. Behind the blue and red Lock Blocks are crates and viruses, while behind the green Lock Blocks are ice fans and viruses.
Stage 371 from Dr. Mario World Stage 371 The objective of this stage is to collect all purple coins and unlock all doors. In this stage, half-frozen purple coins are placed apart from each other in a 4x4 formation and the viruses are placed apart from each other in a 5x3 formation. Both formations intersect and are not adjacently connected.
Stage 372 from Dr. Mario World Stage 372 The objective of this stage is to collect all Virus Coins. In this stage, Floatie Viruses are surrounded by crates of the same color as them, each virus covering a Virus Coin. A skill charger appears in the middle of the stage surrounded by active barriers, along with a Virus Coin behind it. On the top-left and bottom-right sides of the level are inactive barries arranged in a cross pattern with Virus Coins behind them.
Stage 373 from Dr. Mario World Stage 373 The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. In this stage, viruses are found in groups of two vertically, with five groups positioned above the Brick Blocks and four groups positioned below the Brick Blocks. In addition, two of the flasks are partially filled in the beginning. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either barriers or shells.
Stage 374 from Dr. Mario World Stage 374 The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. This stage is shaped like a spiral, with the crates forming the line and frozen viruses (half-frozen and fully frozen) positioned within the spiral.
Stage 375 from Dr. Mario World Stage 375 The objective of this stage is to unlock all doors. In this stage, four columns are occupied by keys, doors and Floatie Viruses. Each column contains two keys, two doors, three Floatie Viruses in bubbles and a Floatie Virus not in a bubble.
Stage 376 from Dr. Mario World Stage 376 The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, ice fans forming a swirling line are found in the middle columns, with viruses within the "curves". On the two leftmost and two rightmost columns, bubble viruses and viruses in clouds are found among Brick Blocks. Crates are found between the columns with ice fans and the columns with brick blocks.
Stage 377 from Dr. Mario World Stage 377 The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all Virus Coins. In this stage, all barriers are hiding Virus Coins behind them, and hidden viruses are found in Brick Blocks. Next to the outside barriers are colorful crates.
Stage 378 from Dr. Mario World Stage 378 The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. In this stage, fifteen viruses are found within Brick Blocks and barriers, with a vacant row above them. Above the barriers are crates, which contains two rows of viruses along with three exploders in the second row.
Stage 379 from Dr. Mario World Stage 379 The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, crates surround the other objects. Capsule Plus capsules and Floatie Viruses are found, with the ones in the bottom row found in bubbles, unlike the ones in the top row. The fifth row of Brick Blocks contain hidden viruses.
