Max Mushrooms are Mushrooms found in the Mario & Luigi series. They completely refill the player's HP in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions, and Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey; however, they only refill 240 HP in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, and 160 HP in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team and Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam.

Additionally, Ultra Mushrooms are referred to as Max Mushrooms in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars.
