Genesect is a Bug/Steel-type Legendary Pokémon that first appeared in Pokémon Black and White Versions. It was an ancient Pokémon modified by Team Plasma in orderto serve as the most powerful Pokémon, installing a laser cannon on its back in the process. In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U, it can be spawned from a Poké Ball and attacks by using its signature move, Techno Blast, which involves it firing four small laser bursts before following it up with a large beam. The beam is significantly stronger than the bursts, and both attacks can pass through walls.
