Template:Articleabout Template:DDKart-infobox The Toad Kart is, as its name implies, Toad's kart in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. It looks rather like the classic karts from Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart 64 and Mario Kart: Super Circuit, and looks near identical to the Standard Karts from Mario Kart DS. This kart is unlocked by completing Special Cup in 100cc. It comes with the unlockable duo of Toad and Toadette.
Much like other lightweight karts, the Toad Kart has low top speed and is easily knocked away because of its weight, but has above average acceleration. Another lightweight kart, the Rattle Buggy, has statistics identical to the Toad Kart. Oddly enough, the Toad Kart and Rattle Buggy have the same weight, meaning that they can't push each other around. However, they're not as tough as the Koopa Dasher kart (another lightweight kart with similar stats).

Trivia
- The Toad Kart bears a rather resemblance to the Standard TD kart in Mario Kart DS, with the same color scheme and trademark symbol on their front: a red-capped Mushroom. It also slightly resembles the Standard karts from Mario Kart 7.
