Capcom (abbreviation of Japan Capsule Computers) is a company that manufactures and distributes electronic game machines. Well-known for creating multi-million selling franchises like Mega Man, Street Fighter, Resident Evil, Monster Hunter, Devil May Cry, and Ace Attorney, the company has manufactured many Japan-only Mario arcade games. Their official mascot, Mega Man, managed to appear in the German magazine Club Nintendo comics alongside Mario, and is playable (along with Ryu from Street Fighter) in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Street Fighter character Ken Masters is also playable in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
