Tubba Blubba became invincible when his heart was removed by Bowser. Hiding the heart in the Windy Mill, it controlled Tubba like he was a puppet. However, Mario discovered the hairy heart, and the two battled. It is one half of Chapter 3's boss.
If Tubba Blubba's Heart HP reaches around 5 HP after Mario attempts to hurt him, he admittedly runs away from Mario and escapes the undergrounds of Windy Mill where he used to be a secret. When he pops out from the place; he sees Tubba Blubba outside and reunites with him. When they attempt to reunite, Tubba Blubba gulps down his Heart and now Tubba Blubba is vulnerable with his heart inside Tubba Blubba’s body.
