Bombshell Bill Blasters are gold versions of Bill Blasters and shoot one or two Bombshell Bills at a time. Mario should attack the blaster first because you can superguard against the Bombshell Bills. They appear in Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door in groups of two. Badges that can break through an enemy's defense like Piercing Blow make these battles easier.
