Next Level Games is a Canadian video game company that has made five Super Mario video games, namely all three of the Mario Strikers games, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, and Luigi's Mansion 3. Next Level Games was also credited as special thanks in the Nintendo 3DS version of Luigi's Mansion, and the company developed Super Mario Spikers until development of said game was canceled in favor of the Wii version of Punch-Out!! In addition to this, the company has created other sports titles for the Nintendo GameCube (and competing consoles).

Due to the success of its games for Nintendo, the studio co-founder, Jason Carr, announced that Next Level Games would be working exclusively with Nintendo following the release of Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.[1] On January 5, 2021, Nintendo announced that it had acquired 100% stake in Next Level Games, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.[2]
