Medi Guys are Shy Guys that act as emergency workers. They are encountered in Shy Guy's Toy Box. They can restore the health of their partners in battle and ram into Mario with their flying ambulances (which look like the Koopa Clown Car used by Bowser). Medi Guys have only appeared in Paper Mario.
