Peach's Castle Grounds is the fifth course in Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour. Its holes vary in setting, featuring a combination of forests, islands, and clifftops above the clouds. Some holes have Warp Pipes in them which transport the ball to another location if the player manages to land a shot in one. Large, bouncy mushrooms are found throughout the course; if the ball somehow stops on top of a mushroom cap, the player will still be able to take their next shot from on top of it, but they will also be assessed a one-stroke penalty for a "tree hazard". Holes 2 and 12 feature Chain Chomps; if the ball lands in their territory, it counts as out of bounds. Peach's Castle appears on the first and last holes of the course.
There is a river to the right of the fairway that also parts it through the middle. There is a yellow pipe that will transport balls from one side of the river to the other, as well as a green pipe that leads near the green. On the right side of the river is a landmass with Peach's Castle on it. Fountains and flagpoles are found near the tee boxes.
