A Mace Guy.
Mace Guys are mace-swinging Shy Guy who appears in only four levels, Sluggy the Unshaven's Fort, Raphael the Raven's Castle, Castles-Masterpiece Set and Endless World of Yoshis in the game Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. The mace of course can hit a Yoshi and hurt him. A Yoshi can also eat the mace and the Mace Guy becomes a normal Shy Guy.
The Mace Guys make a comeback to the sequel of Yoshi's Island, Yoshi's Island DS. Of course they do the same thing. They are more rare, though, and only appear in two levels.
Yoshi Topsy Turvy has Mace Guys in 7 missions. All but one are in Chapter Six.
A Mace Guy also appears as a sticker in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The sticker increases the strength of a fighter's weapon by 22 points.
