Mega Rush P is a badge in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It can be found in Petalburg, in the backyard of Kroop's house (though it can only be entered by using Mario's paper form), or rarely held and/or dropped by Dark Koopas and Hammer Bros. If Mario equips the badge, the attack power of his partner increases by five points when they enter Peril, which occurs when their HP reaches exactly one. This badge works alongside others that activate when they are in Peril or Danger, such as Last Stand P and Power Rush P. Mega Rush has the same effect, but only works on Mario.
