World Coin-2, or Coin Courses-2, is the second level in the multiplayer exclusive Coin Courses in New Super Mario Bros. U and its Nintendo Switch port. The course is based off a round in Mario Bros.
Layout[edit]
The level begins starts in a wrap-around area heavily based on a course in Mario Bros., with similar platforms and Koopa Troopas acting as Shellcreepers. In the area, there are four ? Blocks that give power-ups. When enough coins have been collected, a golden Warp Pipe appears. It takes the players to an area with two Hammer Bros. and Brick Blocks, along with the Goal Pole.
Star Coins[edit]
The positions given below are the default layout, and can be changed by a player using the Wii U GamePad in Coin Edit.
- Star Coin 1-2: At the beginning of the level, two Star Coins can be found at the top of the area, on either side of the area where the gold Warp Pipe appears.
- Star Coin 3 In the final area of the level, above two rows of Brick Blocks with Hammer Bros. on them.
