Messages of gratitude such as "YOU ARE A SUPER PLAYER!!" and "THANK YOU!!" appear throughout the Super Mario franchise. Written from the perspective of each game's staff members, these messages are often seen in a game after completing it, seeing its staff credits, or beating its final post-game challenge, though they do not directly affect the game's measured completion. While these messages can appear as either parts of a game's interface or as tangible elements within the game's environment, they typically reflect some unique aspect of the game they appear in. These messages can be considered to be fourth wall breaks.
