Tsubonage Dūke are enemies in Princess Peach: Showtime!, and are members of the Sour Bunch. They are a short, round type of Dūke that wear orange guapi mao hats with dark green brims. They appear as uncommon enemies in the Kung Fu plays A Kung Fu Tale and A Kung Fu Legend, as well as in the Kung Fu Rehearsal. Their primary form of attack is to throw pots at Kung Fu Peach. They can be defeated with a single kick.
The Tsubonage Dūke is one of the few types of Dūke with a short, rounder design as well as a rounder mask, compared to the typical Dūke design. Other Dūke like this are the Kōmori Dūke and its ghost variant, the Karasu Dūke, and the Dancer Dūke. Of these types, the Tsubonage Dūke is also the only one which is unable to fly or float, and stays grounded.
