Kōmori Dūke are enemies in Princess Peach: Showtime!, and are members of the Sour Bunch. They are a short, round type of Dūke that can fly using bat wings, and also wear a headgear resembling a dark green bat. While they properly appear in The Dark Swordfighter & the Arena, a ghost version of them appeared prior in The Ghostly Castle. Often found in pairs, Kōmori Dūke will either follow Princess Peach's movements and swoop down, or they will lower themselves before flying forwards into a straight line in attempt to hit her. They can be defeated with a single strike from Swordfighter Peach's sword.

The Kōmori Dūke and its ghost variant are two of the few types of Dūke with a short, rounder design as well as a rounder mask, compared to the typical Dūke design. Other Dūke like this are the Karasu Dūke, the Tsubonage Dūke, and the Dancer Dūke.
