Yūrei Kōmori Dūke are enemies in Princess Peach: Showtime!, and are members of the Sour Bunch. Appearing only in The Ghostly Castle, they are a spectral variant of the Kōmori Dūke (despite that one debuting in a later stage). They behave similarly to their corporeal counterparts: they will either swoop down at Princess Peach or fly forwards in a straight line, being defeated instantly by one strike of Swordfighter Peach's sword. In addition, however, in combat scenes, ghostly projections of Yūrei Kōmori Dūke will show up on the wall, and fly into the battlefield from said projections, a behavior similar to that of the Yami no Yūrei Kenshi.
The Yūrei Kōmori Dūke and its corporeal variant are two of the few types of Dūke with a short, rounder design as well as a rounder mask, compared to the typical Dūke design. Other Dūke like this are the Karasu Dūke, the Tsubonage Dūke, and the Dancer Dūke.
