The Boo Ballet is a Time Attack Challenge in New Super Mario Bros. U.
Objective[edit]
This challenge takes place in an original course using assets from the Soda Jungle course Painted Swampland. It consists of entirely flat ground containing four consecutive rings of Circling Boo Buddies. The first one spins clockwise, and each one after that spins in the opposite direction of the prior one. The player must reach the Goal Pole within 40 seconds without being defeated by the Circling Boo Buddies. The challenge is failed if the player is defeated or runs out of time.
Course Layout[edit]
The course is an entirely flat plane that starts with an Arrow Sign and ends on a Goal Pole, with four rings of Circling Boo Buddies between the player and the goal. The first Circling Boo Buddies spins clockwise, the second spins counterclockwise, and both of them consist of nine Boos. The third Circling Boo Buddies spins clockwise, the fourth spins counterclockwise, and both of them consist of eleven Boos. The course has no ? Blocks and therefore no power-ups.
