Mole to Goal

Mole to Goal is a Special challenge in the Challenge Mode of New Super Mario Bros. U. It involves the player riding on a Limited Lift while avoiding getting defeated or losing a life by the Monty Mole riding along and falling into the poisonous water. There is a harder version of this challenge called Mole to Goal Returns
Objective[edit]
The course is an original course similar to the one found in World 5 of New Super Mario Bros. Wii, specifically made for this challenge. It takes place in Soda Jungle, and the player must keep a lone Monty Mole on the Limited Lift while avoiding other enemies, poison water, and the Monty Mole himself. If the Monty Mole is defeated, it is an automatic loss. The Limited Lift the player will spend a majority of the level on can only support two enemies (Monty Mole included) as opposed to the usual four, so the player must also make sure that there are no other characters on the Limited Lift besides themselves and the Monty Mole. The challenge will end once the player makes it to the Goal Pole at the end.
