Recapitators are skeleton enemies with a spiked head from Wario Land: Shake It!. They throw their head to Wario, and come back like a boomerang. Recaptiators fall apart like Dry Bones when Wario executes a Dash Attack. It's best that Wario does that when the Recapitator throws his head (or, for the advanced players, when it almost regains his head). By doing this, the head will pass the body, and is destroyed when it hits a wall.

Trivia
*It's name is a word play on decapitation, the removal of someone's head and the prefix re which means "again and again".
*Mentioned above, they act just like Dry Bones as they fall apart, attack with bones, have illuminating eyes, have shells and wear shoes and gloves.  Although, Dry Bones is based on a Koopa, while this enemy is based on a human.  Also, while the player can stomp on a Dry Bones, stomping on a Recapitator will hurt the player (due to the spikes on its head).
*The Zombies of Wario Land II also attack by throwing their heads, but it turns Wario into Zombie Wario rather than harming him.
*The recapitator vaguely resembles (and could be a reference to) the Resident Evil Series enemy Iron Maiden, a spiked monster who could regenerate from attacks.

Recapitators are skeletal enemies with a spiky head in Wario Land: Shake It! Their name is a blend of "decapitation", the removal of someone's head, and the prefix "re-", which denotes a return to a previous state (as in, the head is put back on). In a similar manner to the Zombies from other Wario Land games, Recapitators attack Wario by throwing their own heads at him, which travel on a straight path and come back like boomerangs. In their initial state, Recapitators cannot be attacked with a jump due to the spikes on their head, but fall apart when hit with a Dash Attack and reassemble themselves after a while, similarly to Dry Bones from the Super Mario franchise. They are completely unaffected by Earthshake Punches. To defeat a Recapitator, Wario must attack it with a Dash Attack or Ground Pound while its head is away from the rest of the body. In doing so, the head passes the body and breaks when it hits a wall.

There are two differently-colored variants of Recapitators: gray Recapitators are completely stationary, while greenish Recapitators walk from side to side on a platform, stopping in place when they attack Wario. Both variants are found in the level Boogie Mansion, but Large Fry Cook-Off features only the walking variant. In the latter level, while a Recapitator's head is away from its body, Large Fry can destroy the head during his charging attack, which is shortly followed by the body breaking apart on its own as it waits for the head to come back.
