Actimel is a brand of multi-flavored, yogurt-based drinks owned by Danone. In 2025, as part of a licensing agreement with Nintendo, Danone launched a limited-edition line of Actimel drinks with bottles featuring various characters of the Super Mario franchise.[1]

The bottles in this campaign are advertised as collectable, each portraying one of 21 distinct Super Mario characters.[6][7]
Every bottle features a QR code that consumers with an Actimel account can scan to derive benefits from. For instance, it can be used to register the bottle to this account, allowing the consumer to display pictures of all unique bottles in their possession in a dedicated gallery.[8] Scanning the code also reveals one virtual "mystery bottle" that unlocks a random downloadable reward, such as an activity, a camera frame, or a picture.[9] In some regions, the reward may also be a prize confirmation for a sweepstake, detailed below.
Contest[edit]
A sweepstake tied to this campaign is running in certain countries. Consumers must register an Actimel account and fulfill given requirements in order to become active participants. The consumer is afforded one chance to win a prize for every unique bottle design they purchase in this campaign, i.e. they have 21 chances in total. The period, entry requirements, and prizes of the sweepstake may differ between regions, as shown below:
