Pokey Poms are Needlenose-like enemies that appear in Yoshi's Woolly World and Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World. They simply attack Yoshi by rolling into him and they cannot be eaten due to their large size and being covered in spikes. They are spit out by Wild Ptooie Piranhas and can be defeated by throwing a yarn ball at them or by having them roll into a wall. They can also run over certain enemies (such as Piranha Plants) like a Chomp Rock can.
