(The jumping pose doesn’t really look the their Super Mario World sprite, it seems designed more like the generic jumping pose seen in several games and artwork due to the modern design being used. Also, I tested and Monty Mole Patches cant be eaten by Yoshi so that is interesting.)

A Monty Mole Patch is a two-dimensional patch variant of Monty Mole appearing in Yoshi's Woolly World, designed to more closely resemble its pose when jumping out of the ground. Like other patch enemies, Monty Mole Patches are found in blocks of yarn and are released once Yoshi unties them with his tongue. They behave as normal Monty Moles and can be defeated with a stomp. Unlike normal Monty Moles, Monty Mole Patches can not be eaten by Yoshi.
