Layout
Near the start of the level is a Koopa Troopa. Mario must then go underwater. To the left are two ? Blocks. To the right is a Honebōn and a Shark. Below are some Unibō. To the left of this is a ? Block near a Turtle Cannon. To the right is another ? Block and another Turtle Cannon. Above the ? Block are two Hidden Blocks, one of which contains a Fire Flower.
