A Rune in the Donkey Kong Adventure DLC of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle

Runes are items that appear in the Donkey Kong Adventure DLC of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle. They are used for purchasing upgrades in the Skill Trees of Donkey Kong, Rabbid Peach, and Rabbid Cranky, replacing the Power Orbs from the main game. There are a total of 42 Runes in the DLC: 25 are from main story battles, five are from treasure chests and 12 are from challenges.

Skill Prisms in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope use a similar upgrading system as Runes do.
