Ink Dive is a special ability, unique to Blooper in Mario Super Sluggers. Being a close play ability, this ability only activates during successful outcomes by the runner in close plays, and it allows the runner to press a second button if they press the wrong one first. When the player wins the close play, Blooper squirts ink all over the baseman without harming the base person. As this occurs, the baseman does not tag Blooper out and Blooper safely reaches the base.
