Glass Labyrinth 2 is the third level of Chill 'n' Char Island in DK: Jungle Climber.

Layout[edit]

The Kongs begin below a large mass of snow. They should grab some nearby pegs and swing over to a DK Barrel on the other side. To the right of the DK Barrel is Cranky Kong, who lectures the Kongs on how to use a torch, and above it are some Peg Boards which lead to a TNT Barrel. A torch is to the right of Cranky Kong, which the Kongs should grab to melt the snow and reveal more Peg Boards. By climbing upwards, they will see a Neek moving on a Peg Board to the right of the TNT Barrel and the letter K in an alcove to the right, blocked off by snow. Directly above the Kongs' starting position is the first Banana Coin on a Peg Board, also obtained by melting away the snow around it. After scaling to the top of the level and melting the snow along the way, the Kongs can find the Spirowarp there; Xananab is on a ledge in the upper right, and when given the Spirowarp, he opens up a worm hole. The Kongs should jump in after him.

After a brief cutscene, the Kongs land in the labyrinth. They will see a pit of spikes to their right and some pegs and Peg Boards above it, as well as three glass walls. A DK Barrel is to the right of a set of three pegs, with the second Banana Coin between the pegs and the spikes; a moving ice platform with spikes on the sides is above them. To the right is the entrance to the third room.

The bottom section of the third room contains three moving spiky ice platforms, two horizontal and one vertical, in a formation like a letter Z; the platforms can be smashed with an attack off a peg. The Spirowarp is in the bottom left corner of this section, and the letter O is in the top right corner, with the exit to the fourth area on the right.

The fourth area has the letter N at the top of a narrow passage; it must be obtained with a Diddy Attack or a Crystal Star. Below it and to the right are two Cannon Barrels blocked off by glass walls and with one-way barriers in front of them; getting into the Cannon Barrels blasts them to the other side and the left side of the second area.

If the Kongs use the Cannon Barrel directly above the first large peg in the second area, they can walk to the right to find two Switch Pegs and a Cannon Barrel beneath them. Pulling either of the Switch Pegs restores the glass walls near them after they have been smashed through, so the Kongs must get into the Cannon Barrel, then land on the level between the two Switch Pegs. They should then get into the Cannon Barrel at the end of the passage to get blasted to a Handle Peg. If they turn it, the room flips upside down. The Kongs must then break through many moving ice obstacles while moving across some pegs and Peg Boards to reach the top, then move left. When the Kongs reach the top left, they can collect the second Banana Coin. By carefully breaking and scaling the glass walls between the two Switch Pegs from earlier, they can reach a Cannon Barrel that fires them into the third Banana Coin past a one-way barrier, then head left. They will end up in the top section of the fourth room, which contains several gems and the level's DK Coin. If the Kongs reach the top right, they can enter the top section of the third room and give the Spirowarp to Xananab, who warps out of the labyrinth in a worm hole. The Kongs must jump in after him.

When the Kongs exit the worm hole, they return to the snowy mountain. A few pegs are to their right, followed by a DK Barrel. Above them are a Mini-Necky and a torch; they can use the torch to melt the snow and reveal Peg Boards. The fourth Banana Coin is near the bottom right and can be found if the Kongs melt the snow and go down the pegs to the coin. By moving up and to the left, they will find an icy ledge with another Mini-Necky; the letter G is above them, surrounded by snow that must be melted. If the Kongs take the path below the ledge, they can enter a secret room with a torch and some Peg Boards; by melting the snow with the torch, they can find some gems and the fifth Banana Coin near the top, as well as the level's oil barrel in the top right corner. After the ledge with the Mini-Necky and the letter G is a large Peg Board with two Neeks moving around it, and to the right of this Peg Board is the Goal Gate.
