The chapter has a horror-theme and is set in a deserted mansion full of ghosts and undead creatures. [[Wario]] has to face many oddities in order to find the [[Black Sugar Pirates]] and his treasure in the run-down building. The apparent owner of the mansion is an undead entity called the Grabber Ghost and needs to be fought to clear the chapter.

The Black Sugar Gang comes across a scary mansion during their escape from an angry Wario

Uncanny Mansion is an alternative version of Wario Land II's fifth chapter. It can be accessed from stage 4-5 and leads to an alternative ending.

The chapter has a horror-theme and is set in a deserted mansion full of ghosts and undead creatures. Wario has to face many oddities in order to find the Black Sugar Gang and his treasure in the run-down building.
