Not to be confused with Pom Pom.

Template:Species-infobox Pompon Flowers,[1][2] also known as PomPom,[3] are flower enemies found in Super Mario Land. They walk around, shooting poisonous pollen upwards. Mario can defeat a Ponpon Flower by jumping or shooting a Superball at one, obtaining 800 points. Pompon Flowers only appear in World 4-2 of the Chai Kingdom. Pompon Flowers look very similar to the Pansers from Super Mario Bros. 2, and were likely inspired by them.
