The Blue Bonus Game House is one of the three Bonus Game Houses in Super Mario Run. It has a light yellow cap with blue stars, similar to the Yellow Toad Houses in prior Super Mario series games except in the star color. It takes up a 1 x 1 space. Toads are never seen standing next to or interacting with this Toad House.

It is unlocked in the shop after collecting 30 Yellow Toads and 30 Purple Toads. Afterward, it can be purchased for 500 coins. As a limited item, only one Blue Bonus Game House can be obtained. As a special building, the Blue Bonus Game House has no rank.

Tapping on the Blue Bonus Game House allows the player to start a bonus game; this game is based on the bonus game in Super Mario World. This bonus game takes place within the house, using a normal Toad House background. "Toad House Minigame" plays during it. There are nine blocks in the air arranged in a three by three grid. The center block displays three coins over a yellow background and eight blocks revolving clockwise around that block that flicker between one of three things: single coin on a blue background, three coins on a yellow background, and a Rally Ticket where the red of the ticket forms the background. Small Mario (the player cannot use other characters in bonus games) has 99 seconds to hit all eight blocks. Mario stands in the center of the room and cannot walk in any direction, meaning the player's only option is to jump to hit blocks passing above them. He also cannot use the Midair Spin or Midair Stall. When a block is hit for the first time, the item it displays stops changing. Hitting a block further times has no effect. Once all eight blocks have been hit, Mario loses the ability to jump. The blocks move to the next position where they form a perfectly aligned three by three grid and stop moving. The goal of the game is to have the images on the blocks form rows, columns, and diagonals of matching images after the blocks stop. Any completed row, column, or diagonal has a line matching the color of that image's background displayed across it. Completed rows, columns, and diagonals of matching images correspond to prizes from the bonus game: Each line of Coin icons is worth 500 coins, each line of three-coin icons is worth 1,000 coins, and each line of Rally Ticket icons is worth three Rally Tickets. If the 99 seconds elapse and the player did not hit every block, the game ends without prizes at all.

After playing the bonus game, the Blue Bonus Game House shrinks to a tiny size and closes for six hours. During this time, the bonus game cannot be played, but the player can tap the Blue Bonus Game House to see how much time remains before it returns to normal and reopens.
